Housing Assistance Programs
Boulder County Down Payment Assistance Program
Is administered countywide by the City of Longmont.  The Boulder County Flood Recovery Down Payment Assistance Program is a loan to help residents whose housing was damaged or destroyed by the September 2013 flood purchase a home in Boulder County.​   For more information, please visit the City of Longmont's Flood Assistance Housing Programs website.



Additional Housing Assistance Programs Offered by Boulder County

​Home Access
 - helps eligible homeowners repair or replace access to home, including culverts and individual roads and bridges

Removal of flood-damaged structures - includes septic systems, houses, barns, sheds, and outbuildings

Purchase properties that were substantially damaged by events related to the 2013 Flood (and are beyond repair)

Temporary Rental Assistance - Provides rental assistance for displaced residents due to flood or repairs. For information on how to qualify, and/or for an application, please visit the Boulder County Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery website.
